Picking a non-default alias domain From no longer fails the send

Every alias-domain row in the From picker is the member's primary mailbox under another domain, but only the default one was mapped to a primary From. Any other became a 'mailbox' From whose row id **************** went out as the mailboxId, and the send or draft failed with a 400. Those rows now map to primary, and opening one in the mailbox switcher opens the mailbox behind it. Needs emailservice 2511a4d, which marks the rows aliasDomain.
