The address and number are constants a single edit away from becoming a tenant lookup, which would route a customer asking about a KamoCRM plan back to their own organization's sales line. The guarantee the page makes — the same details whichever org you are signed into — is asserted rather than assumed, along with the ;ext=1 that makes the number actually dial the extension instead of stopping at the main line.
