sp00verify's only chat-policy set is CP02 Task 6's enforced version 1, now an inactive history row. The new test pins the facts CP00 Task 12's restore rests on (ruling CP00-FINAL-2): - the tab reads the unconfigured placeholder, version 0 with no id; - POST /versions/0/restore answers 404 and publishes nothing; - restoring version 1 re-publishes it as a new enforced, active set; - the snapshot TTL is 60 s, and a save drops only the saving pod's snapshot, so a database-side restore is live on every pod after 65 s.
