ServiceJob 1..N ServiceVisit as a sibling of FulfillmentOrder, a filled ServiceLineItem, the four classification axes, and a status machine that throws instead of answering 200 having changed nothing. Task 5 runs KamoInitializer against production and is gated on owner confirmation: ddl-auto:update reconciles EVERY entity in the shared library, so it would materialise another session's EHR tables too.
