The spec's premise that no line carries a labour duration went stale hours ago — SW3 landed labourMinutes and taskCode on ServiceLineItem, and the javadoc on taskCode names this sub-project as the thing it joins to. Most of the shape already exists in the retail catalogue: ProductCategory is ServiceTaskCategory field-for-field, ProductVariant is ServiceTaskOption, and MemberPayRate is the effective-dated versioning precedent. Un-gating price lists also means fixing two live client defects — the entries response is unwrapped with the wrong key and the entry-update PUT hits a path the controller does not map, so entry update is dead today.
