Adds **************** (default 0.85) + EXTRACTION_MODEL_ID to the platform SystemConfiguration singleton — the platform-wide levers for the QC gate and the registered fine-tuned model. Adds cross-org corpus/accuracy queries to ExtractionCorrectionRepository for the platform dashboard + training export.
