Reward gate + auto-resume now route to /journey/persona?app=<uid>, persona pick lands in /journey?app=...&persona=..., and a persistent 'Continue your application' CTA on /journey takes the borrower into the legacy /apply/property wizard to finish the URLA until the remaining waypoint sheets ship in M3b+. Wraps useSearchParams calls in Suspense per Next.js 16 prerender requirement.
