Preserve original room name (no capitalization/spaces), add copyable meeting URL field

1. Disabled safeStartCase() which was converting 'myroom123' to 'Myroom 123' with capitalization and random spaces. Room names now display exactly as entered on kamo-internal. 2. Added MeetingUrlDisplay component to the pre-join screen showing the full meeting URL (e.g. **************** as a read-only monospace field with a copy-to-clipboard button. URL is derived from window.location.hostname for multi-tenant domain-agnostic support. Shows a checkmark when copied.
