Prevent message header from expanding column on long addresses

The header's left flex child had no min-w-0, so long unbreakable email addresses in From/To/Cc forced its min-content width to grow, dragging the header (and the column layout) wider. Add min-w-0, break-all on address text, flex-wrap on the from/date row, and flex-shrink-0 on the action buttons so the header stays at column width regardless of recipient address length.
