- Replace appliedModel.source-based gate with a direct probe of /api/security/master-model on mount; r.ok=false (409) means the org is governed by a branch type — the same check the backend uses - Pass null to useAppliedModel so the backend resolves via session org rather than the JS-precision-lost numeric ID, fixing ATF/age-range gating in the censorship tab
