- purchase requests and vendor orders move out of POSController into ProcurementController (MANAGE_PROCUREMENT to buy and run orders, APPROVE_PURCHASE_REQUESTS to approve or reject) - PUT …/account and …/market answer with the updated record - ProcurementNotifier: a new request tells everyone who can approve it; a decision tells the requester - vendor create/edit/deactivate opens to MANAGE_PROCUREMENT (MANAGE_SUBSCRIPTION_SETTINGS kept)
