POST **************** (operator-gated, org-stamped) → MLOSDocOrchestration assembler: resolves the tenant closing-workflow template as of the closing date + materialises the artifact graph (eSign/RON/eNote/eVault/MERS) with honest pending states. The write side was built but had no caller.
