PipelineFundingProjection (the MUTABLE latest-live P(fund) surface, explicitly NOT WORM; rewritten each recompute; history is in AiDecision). **Fallout is NEVER stored** (DERIVED 1-pull-through, doc 01 §7) — enforced by a no-fallout- column test across all 3 capitalmarkets entities. 3 enums, 2 repos, 5 tests.
