- MortgageProgramController gains PUT **************** with body {"isActive": bool}, gated on LOS_TAKE_APPLICATION. Delegates to **************** which upserts the OrgProgramOverride row. - **************** getMortgageAppById, createMortgageApp, updateMortgageApp, updateMortgageAppStatus all marked @Deprecated with javadoc pointing callers at the URLA-fidelity /api/security/mortgage-apps endpoints. The legacy POS paths stay functional for back-compat.
