Re-apply live stylesheet after branding save so new colors show without hard reload

DynamicMetaLoader injects the org globals.css only once on mount, so after a color save (which correctly re-provisions globals.css + bumps themeRevision) the page kept the old --color-* vars until a full reload — read as stale cache. Add a KAMO_THEME_REAPPLY window event: LabelManager dispatches it once per save on provision complete, DynamicMetaLoader re-runs its config-fetch + stylesheet swap (now idempotent for force-light style and favicon links).
