FreePBX's API has no voicemail messages: its voicemail module serves mailbox settings only. FreePBXProvider.getVoicemails GET /admin/api/api/rest/voicemail, a route that does not exist; every call answered 500 (7,484 in K1M1's access log over three days), was logged at debug and read as an empty mailbox, so no FreePBX voicemail ever reached the app. - FreePBXAmiClient: VoicemailBoxSummary / VoicemailMove / VoicemailRemove over AMI (login with events off, ActionID-matched blocks, CR/LF refused). - FreePBXVoicemails: VoicemailBoxDetail events -> rows keyed <mailbox>/<msg_id>; time from the msg_id (UTC ISO), caller name/number split, read state by folder, Deleted folder skipped. - Provider: list/mark read (INBOX->Old)/delete through AMI; without AMI access it says how to configure it instead of returning []; no fake audio route. - Phone server config: **************** amiSecret is redacted, never follows an amiHost change, amiHost must be public via API. - Sync: failures are one WARN per sweep; a provider that advertises voicemail but cannot list it is warned once. - Softphone: the provider's answer is the list; the uploaded-audio fallback only when FreePBX cannot be asked; audio paired to messages by mailbox and time (bounded page of the extension's uploads). - Remove the FreePBX REST helpers only the dead voicemail calls used.
