The kanban read every application as a plain AppMortgage. Hibernate cannot proxy or batch the inverse one-to-ones, so each row cost about four more round trips; a large lender outlasted the gateway's 120s timeout and the board failed with a 500. AppMortgageSummaryReader builds the same rows from two scalar queries and hydrates no entities. The kanban and the applications list both read through it, and findByOrganizationId now fetch-joins its to-ones for the callers that still need entities (the HMDA LAR).
