Read the pipeline's borrowers beside its rows, not after them

Each of the reader's two queries takes about a second for a large lender, and they ran back to back. The borrower read now runs on its own connection while the row read runs, cutting the pipeline's load by roughly a third. Each is a single statement, so neither can hit a Yugabyte read restart it cannot retry.
