Picks up the createLead fix that moves the pool-availability recount to afterCommit. Before it, a read-after-write in the lead's own transaction hit YugabyteDB's 40001 read-restart, aborted the transaction and lost the lead — silently, behind a warning that claimed the publish was "never fatal". SecurityService creates leads, so it needs the new library.
