Rebuild against kamo-shared-library HEAD

Ships the quote money fixes, which live entirely in the shared library and so reach production only when this service is rebuilt: - a quote's headline total now follows its billing basis, so an org that bills the committed term up front sees the whole term rather than one period; - the one-time setup fee is in that total instead of nowhere; - accepting a quote no longer lowers its total.
