Rebuild against the shared-lib home_logo_overlay column

No source change here. SecurityService's CI clones kamo-shared-library at build time, so it only maps Organization.homeLogoOverlay once it is rebuilt — and until then the generic PUT /org/{id} silently drops the field, leaving the new Home Page Logo Overlay setting looking like it saves and then reverts. The column is already applied (KamoInitializer, OrgHomeLogoOverlayMigration), so this rebuild maps a column that exists.
