Picks up kamo-shared-library d21e01ce. uploadDocument — the path behind member documents, mortgage disclosures, picture frames and media streams here — created its ImgDat with isMissing=false BEFORE sending the bytes, and its @Transactional did not roll back for the checked ImagingException it throws. A failed upload therefore committed a row asserting content that was never written, and every later upload of those same bytes deduplicated against it: the file appeared to save instantly and then failed to open with "Object does not exist". No change in this service; CI clones the library at HEAD, so it needs a build.
