Triggers a rebuild so this service pulls the updated kamo-shared-library containing AppliedModelEnforcementService, ChildOrgSecurityModelAppConfig entity, ServiceAvailabilityType enum, Organization.isPrivate column, and the extended ChildOrgTemplateSeedingService that auto-seeds OrgFeatures from parent appConfig defaults on new child orgs.
