- Community mod_kazoo (FreeSWITCH v1.10.11) connects to ecallmgr, reports "Connected", and then never answers a gen_server:call. Resolved by taking 2600Hz's FreeSWITCH packages, the same conclusion already reached for Kamailio. - mod_logfile wrote to a directory that does not exist, and FreeSWITCH runs with -nc, so a segfaulting process left no record of any kind. - A build gate that greps commented-out config proves nothing, and acting on its reading broke the XML it was checking. - Upstream KAZOO 5's default event profile contains stray commas and inline comments; the five events adjacent to those non-element nodes are bound with a null profile and FreeSWITCH segfaults setting up event streams.
