- @EnableJpaRepositories += com.kamo.z.shared.mlos.catalog (the new MlosInvestor/ **************** repos; entities already covered by @EntityScan). - SchemaCleanupRunner: ux_rate_sheet_version_active partial-unique index ON mlos_rate_sheet_version (organization_id, investor_id) WHERE status='ACTIVE' AND effective_until IS NULL — backstops the "one open ACTIVE version per (org, investor)" no-overlap invariant (doc 02 §6.5; CRDB has no range-exclusion constraint).
