Register com.kamo.z.shared.mlos.event repos (OutboxWriter dep)

Enabling mlos.outbox activates OutboxWriter, which requires MlosOutboxEventRepository (+ ProcessedEvent /DeadLetter) from com.kamo.z.shared.mlos.event — add that package to @EnableJpaRepositories. Fixes the CrashLoopBackOff (APPLICATION FAILED TO START: missing MlosOutboxEventRepository bean).
