E2E caught it: both real decision.routed events were dead-lettered as 'unparseable' because the bare ObjectMapper cannot deserialize java.time.Instant. findAndRegisterModules() on both consumers; the test fixture now carries occurredAt so a bare-mapper regression fails PROCESSED.
