Add com.kamo.z.shared.mlos.config to @EnableJpaRepositories so KamoInitializer creates mlos_lender_profile + mlos_licensing_entry. Indexes (incl. UNIQUE market_id) are entity-declared via @Table — no SchemaCleanupRunner DDL needed.
