Register mlos.notification JPA repos so SecurityService starts

EconsentService autowires DisclosureTextRepository **************** but that package was absent from @EnableJpaRepositories — the context failed to start, CrashLooping the 48e2265 (e-consent) and fc34e31 (scenery) deploys. The old pod kept serving, so it went unnoticed until the scenery rollout. Adds the package to the scan.
