- KamoInitializerApp @EnableJpaRepositories: add the accumulated MLOS repo packages **************** plus esign/personal_loans so KamoInitializer owns their schema. - SchemaCleanupRunner: generic @Enumerated whitelist-CHECK sweep; partial/ unique indexes + FKs for **************** **************** Decision-spine Slice-2a indexes are now entity-declared (@Table) so the Slice-2a block is a no-op comment.
