garbage-collect sweeps every blob the tags didn't reference when it marked, so a push that lands mid-sweep keeps its tag and loses its manifest. On 2026-09-28 the kamouniverse-marketing build pushed at 04:12 during the 04:11:50-04:12:31 sweep and its deploy sat in ImagePullBackOff (manifest unknown). Before GC, wait up to 90 min until no Forgejo job container runs on k1m1 and no upload is in progress; skip the night's GC if it never goes quiet. After it, log any tag whose manifest blob is missing.
