The toolbar offers Rehearse on an SI member's own charter and on a layer once an SI holds it (else disabled, saying so); the dialog picks the SI, checks the right to supervise it, starts the PERSONALITY_BASIC suite, reads it every 5 s until it finishes or stops, and shows one card per scenario with its reply; the SI room's rehearsal card reads a suite as 'Personality scenarios · 4 items' and its items by scenario title. @kamo/kamoai-core 0.1.1.
