A new post or lead note is announced on media.feed.<orgId>, and kamo-internal's MediaStream (a lead's Notes, the Clubhouse feed) listens on /topic/media/feed/<orgId> — but nothing ever relayed one to the other, so a note one member wrote (Hot Reassign included) appeared for another viewer of the lead only after a reload. MediaFeedStompRelayController subscribes media.feed.* on core NATS with no queue group (every pod delivers to its own sockets) and relays only a numeric org id. StompDestinationAuthz now guards the topic like the social feed: SUBSCRIBE by the session's own org only, no client SEND.
