Remove duplicate ContentEditable — use RichTextExtension's plugin

The richTextExtension already renders its own ContentEditable via RichTextPlugin. Having a second manual ContentEditable created two editable areas. Remove the manual one and configure the richTextExtension with the desired styles and placeholder instead.
