Remove Framer Motion from breadcrumbs and footer links

Framer Motion's hydration was causing layout inconsistencies between homepage and sub-pages. Replaced: - Breadcrumbs: plain divs with explicit flexbox inline styles, no motion - Footer links: plain <a> tags with CSS hover:translate-x-1 instead of motion.a with whileHover Both now render byte-identical HTML on homepage and sub-pages.
