Remove old Janus WebRTC voice/video/screen share code in preparation for KamoMeet (Meet-based) replacement. Deletes useWebRTC hook, VideoCallPanel, CallInitiationListener, and all /api/webrtc/ routes. Cleans up ChatBox call buttons, incoming call UI, and WebSocket call-initiation handling.
