Remove logout, move nav to right, tie session to kamo-internal ***

Remove logout option from UserButton since auth is managed by kamo-internal. Move SideNav from left to right side. Store the *** ID in analytics auth data during OTK login, and verify the parent *** still exists on every auth check — when a user logs out of kamo-internal, the analytics session expires immediately.
