Type-level rename across the billing client and the PlansBillingTab: - AccountBillingMember type -> AccountMember - isGroupPlanManager flag -> isAccountManager - groupPlanManagerCount field -> accountManagerCount The Account is the group; there's no separate "billing group" concept, so the "group plan manager" framing is dropped.
