- Add commerce package (Order, Intent, Offering, InventoryItem, InventoryPool, etc.) - Add CommerceService replacing POSService, RetailProductService, RetailInventoryStockService - Remove all donotmodify.dao.beans.pos packages and subpackages - Remove POS repos (RetailOrder, MortgageApp, RetailProduct, etc.) - Keep pos DTOs for API compatibility - Add COMMERCE_PACKAGE_LAYOUT.md
