Derives reserve months from actual assets with standard agency haircuts — liquid deposits 100%, brokerage 70%, vested retirement 60%, gift/borrowed excluded — divided by monthly PITIA. Completes the pure qualification suite (income + liabilities + PITI/DTI + reserves) an overlay minimum can gate on a real figure instead of a borrower-typed one. Zero PITIA → undefined. No schema, no wiring.
