- Simplified CustomFormRepository query to avoid multiple bag fetches - Fixed LeadMarketService to properly save and load custom form associations - Use saveAndFlush to ensure changes are persisted immediately - Added debug logging to track custom form save/load process - Initialize lazy collections properly before clearing and adding new associations
