- Restore Ken Burns animated background images to MemberHeader with org/custom background support via new props (useOrgBackgrounds, customBackgrounds) - Rename all user-facing "Avatar"/"Avatar Creator" text to "Photo"/"Profile Photo"/ "Member Photo" — internal code and the AvatarManager popup retain the term - Fix Background & Theme card to always show BackgroundManager when editing, with clear "My Custom Backgrounds" section and explanatory text regardless of org background toggle state
