Restore the CRLF endings on the attendee repository

The previous commit rewrote the file through a script that normalised its line endings, so a twelve-line addition arrived as a fifty-line rewrite. That buries the actual change and would collide with anyone else editing the file. Content is unchanged; only the endings go back to what they were.
