Retitle Modified to Converted and fix two tab icons

Both tabs wore an icon that already means something else in this grid: the Modify tab used GetApp, the row-level download button, and Converted used EditNote, the row-level open-in-editor button. They now carry DesignServices and PublishedWithChanges. The panel heading inside the Modify tab still read "Prepare Selected" in hardcoded English; it reuses the tab's message so the two cannot drift.
