The picker called the generic member PUT, which SystemUserGuard 403s for the System User signed into a sub-org. The catch logged silently, so the kamo-locale cookie was never set and the UI never switched languages. Switch to **************** (added in SecurityService), which resolves the member from the session and bypasses the guard for self-mutation of the language preference. Add the matching Next.js proxy route.
