Two facts a member needed before scanning anything: KamoMobile is beta, and there is no build for an iPhone or iPad yet. Both change whether someone should start at all — an Apple member has nothing to do on this page — so they go in a band ABOVE the install deck rather than as a footnote under a code that has already been scanned. Deliberately not a DeckPanel: the deck is the instructions, and an advisory in the same card shape as "Step 01" gets skimmed as step 00. One wide warm-tinted card, split — beta caveats on the left (they apply to someone who CAN install), Apple on the right (someone who cannot). The hero gains a Beta pill beside the kicker so the status is read at the same moment as the app's name. Its colour needs `&&&`: the hero wrapper forces `& .operator-label { color: #fff !important }` at (0,2,0), which beats a plain sx colour even with `!important` of its own. Deck entrance indices shift 0-3 → 1-4 so the cascade still reads top to bottom. Verified: tsc clean, `npm test` green (12 guards + 4078 tests), and a real `next build` completes.
