Kamailio cannot start on 2600Hz's vendored configs — they need 2600Hz's patched build (spec 16). Leaving it at replicas:1 restart-storms k3m1 indefinitely for no benefit, so it is scaled to 0 with the reason in the manifest rather than left crashlooping or quietly deleted.
