- RetailStoreSyncScheduler: every 5 minutes, under the singleton lock (one pod), syncs each active store connection whose own interval (15 minutes to a day) has passed — longest-waiting first, at most 5 per tick. - Sync Now starts the run in the background and answers with its run id (409 when one is already running), and records who pressed it; the run's history rows are pushed to the screen as each part finishes. - Test Connection reads the store's first page for real and says why it failed in plain words; it used to pass whatever the store said. - A market's store connections are that market's (the list answered the whole organization's).
