Scylla: --smp 2 --memory 3G in a Guaranteed 2 CPU / 4Gi pod (14-day peak 0.66 GiB, 0.05 CPU; the database is 2.93 MB). The init container now has requests == limits too: it alone made the pod Burstable, and at a 4Gi request a Burstable Scylla would be near the top of k1m1's OOM order. The PDB moves to maxUnavailable 1, since minAvailable 1 on one replica blocks every drain. libretranslate: request 10Gi (14-day peak 9.85 GiB); the 14Gi limit and 4 workers are unchanged. The rollout now replaces one pod at a time (maxSurge 0 / maxUnavailable 1): k3m1 has 8.5 GiB of requests free, so a third, surge replica could never schedule and the rollout would hang.
