Until availability moved onto the member, MANAGE_SUPPORT_SETTINGS holders were the one group who set it — they authored the dated slots on each webinar type, which is exactly the power the member picker on the new Scheduled Availability sub-tab now carries. Without the seed the refactor reads as a removal: a support administrator who could schedule presenters on Friday would find on Monday that they could only schedule themselves. Only the picker is seeded. Editing your OWN availability needs no right at all.
